I am currently working in Accenture as a technical publications Automotive wiring harness with total one year of experience. I am eager to make a career shift into the AUTOSAR domain and am reaching out to seek guidance and advice from professionals who have experience in this field.
If you have successfully transitioned from a different domain to AUTOSAR or have valuable insights to share, I would greatly appreciate it.

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. Recently started a new gig (less than three months). Team is great but client is a nightmare, deadlines and workload are insane and unforgiving and the type of work is a dead end road creatively. I have a client who needs a 401k, or a solo retirement account w loan options. When I was at UBS/Ameriprise, it was no issue but now it seems tougher to find a firm that does solo 401k as a RIA's.

Between two offers, "Associate Principal" for m&a consulting in the Healthcare industry vs a Director at a F300 company doing M&A and Partnerships. Consulting pays about 50k more. What does the future look like in consulting? I am a bit nervous jumping from from "industry side" to the "consulting side".
