Hello ppl. I have cleared two rounds (Tech + Managerial) of interview for the post of Product Owner at Airbus. Now I have HR-HOD remaining. The HR tells me most of the rejections occur in the 3rd aka HR-HOD round. I get the feeling she is over hyping it. She says I cannot put the ECTC as per my choice and I have to put the ECTC suggested by her!! Also, she says if I negotiate salary in 3rd round, I will be directly rejected!! Is this true? Please tell me what happens in HR-HOD round!?
