I am done with all technical interviews rounds with Workday for Technical Support Specialist (Salesforce) position. Only the HR discussion round is left. My experience is 4 years and 3.5 years as a Salesforce Administrator. So, please suggest me on how much CTC should I ask?

My current CTC is 4,75,000 INR.

What is expected on the interview for functional Senior Consultants at your respective firms?

I have TSYS HR round tomorrow, how much can I ask for 6 years experience , holding offer of 22 fixed from Citi. Np left is one month TSYS Tata Consultancy Infosys Accenture

Got aoffer from a local tech startup as a entry level AE-MSP. I am 22/M and been with my current company for only 2 months as an AE but hate everything about the job except the pay and W/L balance. I’m tired of working from home and wanted an opportunity to work at a team based social environment for some time, so was excited to hear about this offer. But their starting offer is a 40/40 split(80k OTE) which is almost a 40% pay cut. He said we could negotiate. Any advice on what to ask for?

I have a preliminary credential in social sciences with supplementals in bio and math, it expires in July and I have already had the allowed 1 extension. Teaching is my second career (I am a retired pediatric nurse) and barring an open position at a school where I am a preferred sub there doesn’t appear to be much hope. I am currently enrolled in a masters in history program and looking to jump to museum work or perhaps teaching at a local college. Any advice would be appreciated!

1. Interviewing for an ESR role, but had a coffee chat with a BDR “gearing up for an ESR role” BDR then said I was a better fit for BDR role
2. Recruiter would not disclose salary, but asked for range in Og interview
3. BDR “joked” about getting service set up in my building on interview
