1. My designation on offer says Data and Records Partner BA4 or BA4 or equivalent. Will it be realigned? I was interviewed for Digital Services BA4 role.
2. Do they provide shuttle services?
3. Standard % of performace pay?
4. Appraisal cycle
HR informed me-
5. My DOJ is before Sept so I would be eligible for 2027 appraisal. Is that true?
6. Salary for June+July would be paid in July. What is their salary cycle?

He told that my resume will be forwarded to hiring manager.i was told If I gets shortlisted , I would receive a link to fill candidature by evening. Still no response. I received an offer from IBM Bangalore. However I saw openings at my preferred location Kochi only after the interviews. I called the HR after getting their point of contact mail and I asked if it's possible to switch. They said I'm already tagged to a project and that they'll check from their end if it can be done.

Anyone knows the chances of location being changed after receiving the offer and getting tagged to a project?

I have not yet accepted the offer.

Would you (1) early on clearly state that you’re not open to relocation but that you would be open to visiting a big office once or twice a month; (2) not say anything now and wait to get an offer and ask for an exemption; or (3) something else?
