Go with ibm. Ibm has good wlb
Ibm will not give any bonus and all. Ask for more or else settle. WLB balance is there, no management.
Is 4 variable from LTI GUARANTEED? and IBM will pay some variable on top of this fix so then would it make that much difference to you? Hardly and remember some will go into taxes as well so eventually not much gap left pay wise between both offers, plus IMO IBM adds better value to your resume than LTI especially for SAP. Another option would be to get a 3rd offer upto 40 fix and end the delimma haha, as at your level of experience you can easily cross 40
Lti is chillar Indian company. Ibm much better in every aspect
Don't join LTIM. You will regret post joining!! Management, policy , work culture etc are 3rd class.
Yoe tech stack and current ctc
Before joining LTIM please ask for a project alignment if possible. If project is assigned then life is easy else you need to lookout for project.
