Hello! There could be a few things causing this. Resume is the biggest one that could be setting you up for failure. I would recommend looking at resume tips and build your own, putting in your accomplishments, not your "role" or "job description", what you did that brought you success. Build based on what the role is looking for and avoid obvious things, like "fluent in English". They can read your resume to get an idea of that.
When you show up for interviews make sure you look the part. If you're going to a proffesional place with conservative atmosphere, dress to match. If you show up to that style of interview in, let's say, (since it has happened to me) gym shorts and a tank top, the answer will be a no. Your interview is you selling yourself for the role. Another thing is to look at your social media. More places are looking people up on social media before they call. If your values are public and don't match, it will also be a no. (Posting on reddit and sites like that can also get your flagged)

Wow, I never viewed it this way! My resume just reads what my job duties were, and less like what I achieved. I will change my resume to this format-thank you for the awesome advice!
