Protocol for responding (or not) to unsolicited emails from recruiters to your work email? In other words, is it acceptable to just ignore without a response? Hey! Any Google folks know if it’s possible to negotiate fully remote if a contract role is hybrid? Personally, I don’t want to relocate and go to the office on a contract role given the current economy. Plus, I’m assuming contractors are the first to go in layoffs. I just think it’s a fair trade off if I’d be allowed to work fully remote. I’m also trying to have flexibility to manage my Airbnb business in a different country. Same time zone as the home office if I’d travel weeks at a time.

How do I politely decline a job offer without burning a bridge?
Background: I’ve been overwhelmed in my current company/position. Found this position in another company but the position is to help to “build” the supply chain processes for the company. So while I think the company is alright and the people seem fine, I feel the “building” process will require more time and commitment I’m able to provide. I’ve voiced that during interviews and they all said “things would be fine”. MORE BELOW

For me, I set 20-30 pg min/night and listen to a different audiobook to/from work. The audiobook thing is new as I've never read >1 at once. Considering 1 chapter/night w/ 3 different books (3 ch/night)... I just want to read them all though not sure - may muddle if one > others.
