Hello! What is the salary range I could expect for a senior consultant role within human capital?

I have an opportunity to become a fractional CMO for a startup that I really like. I have no idea what to charge hourly. I’m reading online $200/hr+ but that seems crazy to me. It would be a 1099 role.

Am I underselling myself if I charge $150/hour for 10 hours of work a week? I typically charge this for my existing freelance rates, but that is not for CMO work.

Just got a promotion for Senior Consultant. I’m wondering what TC (base+bonus) I should ask for.

How do you all decide when it’s time to take on a new role at a different agency? I’ve been at my agency for 5 years (2nd since I started my career) and I’m debating a move. It’s not for money or for a higher title. I’ll have both come the next promotion cycle in 2 months but I’m feel disinterested in the work and feel leadership at my current agency doesn’t really care enough about the interests of their staff and I’m getting overlooked for other client opps. that are valuable for my growth.

Think the below is a good offer, though the recruiter used "Sr. Manager" title while internally its only Manager level with "promise to elevate soon". Recruiter also said this is their max deal (take it or leave it):

Current company: cloud consulting, $190k base, $10k bonus, no stock

New company: fintech, $220k base, 15% bonus, $100k stock paid equally over 4years.

Little about me: 15+years in on-prem/cloud infrastructure, including 8 years of management of 8-15 people. 90% team vs 10% tech.

Guys what could be the salary for a DM working as an industrial engineer in Tier 1 companies and OEM. Any Job referrals would be highly appreciated.

What does the RSU portion of compensation look like for S&O roles at places like Google, Apple, etc.? I understand for SWE roles it's quite significant, but I have no frame of reference for this on non-SWE, non-Product Manager roles.

Just curious on other people's opinions here. Quick background: I've been working 2 years at UHY as an audit associate and 1 as a PWC associate.

I've lost motivation, mainly due to the fact I'm working as the manager and senior on 1 client and the senior on 6 other clients since last June. Obviously, still getting paid as an associate. While working 80-90 hours, I now make less than my roommate who doesn't have a degree and works between 35-38 hours a week. Should I start looking for a new job?

1. why your not able to survive in a company less than a year and looking for higher packages which is not relevant to your experience.
2.just having latest tech stack is enough and not enough capable experience to handle the critical issues.

Accounting profession is begging for more people to get their PhD and teach accounting. But when you Look into it, you realize you make only a tiny tiny stipend for the year. I was referred for a Consultant position at Deloitte (Risk Advisory - Climate & Sustainability services). Today, I took the Hudson abstract reasoning test and performed poorly (in my opinion). Is the test deal breaker? Do you think that I still have a chance or I should move on?

I have a deloitte phone which I also use as my personal. There is something wrong with it and it’s under warranty. Official Apple store said they can replace for free. Should I do this? I would put the deloitte apps back on it.

Starting with Deloitte in August, I’m planning to keep my personal phone, will I get to use a tech allowance? Do I get to use their listing to get a new phone for cheap or would I go to a new provider, start a plan and then just expense my monthly payments (80%)?

My joining date is coming closer, however education background checks are still processing ( international degrees) . My onboarding coordinator told me that I can still join even if education check is still in progress, provided there wont be any flags. I don’t see any issue with my degrees and have done same with my past companies.
