I approach my 2.10-year milestone as a Pega Developer, I'm keen to understand the industry standards better. If you're in the field or have insights, could you share the typical salary range for someone with my experience?

Working Moms/Dads: Do in-house positions exist with flex time hours? I need to be able to leave work at 4pm to pick up my son from daycare, but i can get back online at home to resume any unfinished work at 8pm. Is this realistic to convey to any companies in an interview? Pandemic aside, is face time 9-7pm really important? Or should i just try to find a job with a salary that covers a nanny salary and accept that i will never see my son on weekdays (which would be sad for both of us)? TIA!

Friendly reminder folks- don’t work for Havas Health and You. They cut the freelancers hourly rates, again and made it so there’s no OT. The resource manager at HOV said if I couldn’t swing $80 an hour as an HCP copywriter, she’d have to find someone else. Good luck 👍🏻

Is your hourly rate based on a 40 hour or 50 hour work week? I ‘d like to make my day rate at 40 hours, but wasn’t sure if that was standard. Thanks in advance for any guidance.

I have got an offer for the System Architect role at Pegasystems, Current CTC- 20( 18 fixed)..3 days office is must. Offered CTC- 20 fixed...vp and stocks may come upto 23 or so. And permanent WFH. Yoe-5.2 years Tech stack - Pega Am i getting the right package and or is it good make this switch? PS: NOT SERVING NOTICE (90DAYS)
