MY YoE is 3 and in my current organization im in role of System Administrator. I am being offered Associate Solution Advisor role in Deloitte USI.
How should i look at this role? Am I being given same role or lesser role or higher?

I can really use some direction. My background, I've worked 2 years in strategy and am currently coming off an exhausting year 2 in investment banking. I didn't particularly enjoy either role and am not interested in moving over to the buy-side or some monotonous FP&A role. From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.
