Reimbursement component 3.18L

PF 1800 + 1800 = 3600

Base + NO variable = 24.5 LPA

Which one would be better option?

Why CreditSafe has that much reimbursement component? Are bills required to get it?

Why only 1800 as PF in CreditSafe?

After the final interview, HR reached out and said they would like to extend an offer. HR gave a ball park of 135k - 145k base with about 15k in sign-on equity and 20k annual bonus.

After a couple of days, HR person came back with with 125k base and 20k annual bonus. No sign-on equity anymore. What should I do given that these numbers seem way lower than the initial range provided? HR claimed it’s because of “market conditions”.

For people with Non-technical backgrounds who are now Product managers in the Tech industry, what kind of resources did you use to prep for your interviews? I've had people recommend brushing up on cracking the PM code but there's SO MUCH information out there and it's hard to figure out if I'm looking at the right thing or not. Received an offer for non- tech CCM role and wondering if I should accept. I feel like I was lowballed and downleved despite having 6 YOE (relevant but not in tech). Not sure it will be beneficial to leave my current role for this offer to get my foot in the door.

I just learned I was parentified severely, especially emotionally. The discovery came from outside of therapy, but having a place every week to sit down, slow down & reflect def led to it. Being enmeshed with my parents like this was a cause for my anxiety, low self esteem and workaholic, people pleasing tendencies. I'm working on extricating myself and finding my identity again in a way that will be easy on my conscience and values..so I'm learning! Please dont hesitate to go to therapy!...
