Hen-pact don't follow structure with no clear cut job roles assigned, you need to work with people who already here from 15-18 yrs and think its there own shop ' lalaji ki dukkan', where new joiners treated like a burden and they being jealous of higher pays, and cheap poltics and unprofessional behavior by not allowing new joiner to settle and perfom, cheap management
