Hey all - currently considering a multiple month contract role and wanted to know how much leverage there is to negotiate. I got told their max rate and that it’s firm, but it feels a little low for tech. I’m a full time ACD and was told they can do 125 hourly. They told me they may move onto someone else if I can’t do that. I’m coming from agency side so I could use some help if I’m pushing too hard.

Hello everyone! How do you manage holiday pay when the holiday is on a Saturday/ Sunday. For example, if I have someone working on Christmas (Sunday), they should be paid 1.5 but what if they work on Monday as well?I know this might sound silly to some people but I’m covering for payroll for the holidays and I don’t want to mess up!

Further are these salaries even sustainable. Revenue of companies hasn't kept pace with compensation increase in india and it's a bubble which is soon going to burst.
