Hey all! I am currently a nurse practitioner trying to break into a non clinical role. I have been an RN since 2016 in the ED and most recently an ED NP for the past two years. I really would love to transition into any non clinical role but they seem like unicorn positions without a direct connection. Any advice, referrals, or help would be amazing. I have two small kids at home and really want to pivot into a career that fits my new lifestyle.

So...I started my own company in 2018. Things went off like a ROCKET. Its a small Remodeling company and we specialize in higher end bathrooms and kitchens etc. I love working with my hands. Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter).
