I’ve practiced law for about 4 years, but don’t think I want to practice anymore, so I’m looking for something different. I’m currently GC of a small company in the south. In private practice, I did primarily employment and insurance defense.

What is the likelihood that if I tried to negotiate from a CW to FTE, I would get the position?
