1. Take a MS CRM consultant position in EY India Consulting wing for around 12lpa(11fixed and remaining bonus)
2. Take a MS CRM software developer role in Veripark India for 14lpa(fixed).
Both for same location and with both having development based work with EY being a mix of MSCRM and powerapps whereas Veripark being a MSCRM based dev work on their own product Veritouch.
Exp- 5.5years

Unreliable coworker help - There’s a coordinator on my team who assists me and the other strategists but literally every time I ask her to help with something she says yes & then waits until the last minute to tell me she wasn’t able to do it/makes up an emergency excuse. Trying to be understanding but this is getting ridiculous- she/parents/dog/boyfriend are sick (8x), forgot about another urgent project (10x), WiFi is down or power is out RIGHT when I ask for help (5x).

After graduating I am in home since 5 months , and today got a offer with 1.5 year bond 2.4 LPA package and java developer role in small bootstrap company of only 15 employees, not even giving laptop.

Many companys are providing but rest not. As Company's are planning to extend WFH so we should be given allowances. Many of us don't have comfortable Chairs and suitable table for office work purpose at our home.
