The agent said the construction there is now mostly just facade work on the top so it's not noisy any more, but I don't 100% buy that. My wife works at a school with kids with behavioral issues. The kids are abusive to the teachers/paras and have hit, kicked, pulled hair, as well as have grabbed the privates of teachers/paras.
