Currently at 18.1 LPA.
Have been in the data science consulting space for ~3.3 yrs and few months in a product .
Have the following offers. Which one to choose?

Position offered is senior data scientist in all

1) Sigmoid - 25 (fixed) + 1 variable
2) Qlik - 25 fixed
3) Neilsen - 25 fixed + ~3 lakhs variable

Any inputs will ge helpful here. Would love to know about the work, growth and the work life balance in these orgs
