Question: ID, auto accident case, uncooperative client. I have tried multiple phone calls, texts, letters, emails, and sent an investigator out. I can’t get the client to respond / cooperate. I have discovery due and his depo coming up. What else can I do to try to reach him?

I realized I've been a dummy for getting a job at a creative agency and not working on my portfolio. Now, a better opportunity came along and I don't have anything to show for my talent as a designer. ALWAYS take credit for what you do, even if it's not your project to begin with.

I received a job offer from a PI firm (MVA and tractor trailer cases) in Houston, Texas; the bonus proposed was 2.5% of attorney’s fees for any cases settled each quarter. We are assigned 50 cases a quarter and the top attorney clears $25K each quarter. This is my first time working at a PI firm. Can anyone share any guidance? Is 2.5% industry standard? Is it realistic to settle/resolve that many cases? I am trying to learn more about this niche before I counter-offer and attempt to negotiate.
