Does Natwest bank pay as competitive as Morgan Stanley Deutsche Bank. I mean Associate in MS and DB ranges from 20 to 30 lakh. However when I tried applying to Natwest expecting 40% hike (30 lpa) on current pay of 21 lakh. They straightway rejected me and said its not in their budget. Is there any financial firm which can pay as competitive to Mumbai banks. Barclays Deutsche Bank Natwest group BlackRock

Citi pays so much more than JPMC
I have so many friends leave Chase for Citi in the project management realm that Chase sent a cease and desist letter. LOL They were taking business analysts making 75k annually and starting them off at 107K with no management experience and 140k with management experience. And giving them Product Owner titles instead of BAs (which looks better on resumes).
From Salary Posts in the bowl, it seems like 90-120k depending on YOE
Which group?
Mehn stay at citi ! JPMORGAN is not worth it !!!! The pay is much lower, chase will demand an arm and leg . It is not better there ! Stay where you are
Funny bc I feel CITI also demands an arm and a leg 🤣
I’ve yet to hear of a JP salary in middle office that was commensurate with market salaries. My understanding is 90-110, but that is less than what the market offers.
Really interesting comments re JPMC. They recently reached out on a role which would have required a move to NY. Salary range would nowhere near make up for the cost of living increase.
I would ask for no less than 110k.
