One query, I have received an offer letter from Wipro (Career Group: C1) with package of 28 LPA, out of which INR 420000 is allocated as 'Variable Pay' which will be paid on quarterly basis'. Need to know how much % would generally be paid out? Is it 100% or less as per the individual/organization performance.

Academic credentials are good, top btech and b school. The catch is that I quit recently. Just couldn't stand it and was unable to manage time to look for jobs. Will i be able to get a job?
