I have 11 YEO with just 12LPA. 9 years was in to BPOs as. lead Trainer for non tech projects and 2 years as a Process Owner for. Infrastructure support project in TCS.
I was planning to enroll for the DevOps program via Intellipaat offered by IIT Roorkee and that's costing a 1.5L.
Is it practically good to enroll for this project and look out for a migration in IT ?? Will organization accept me for DevOps roles?

How many new analysts/associates can I expect for a GE fund to hire each year? I understand each firm/office has varying needs, but I'm struggling to wrap my head around why anyone would even consider T2 consultants, even at the consulting-friendly shops.

Anything in finance more challenging/less box-checking? People have recommended public but I’m not interested in audit/tax or travel.

My husband just received a job offer on an opportunity he is really excited about. It would be great for his career and they are giving the 15% jump in base he asked for, however they won’t share what the target bonus amount would be. It’s an executive director position, so I would assume it’s a decent target bonus, but without that in writing it could honestly be a gift basket at the end of the year. Is it a red flag for them to not share this? His total comp could be less at this new job…
