Does anyone have any good (free) resources for construction detailing. I’m trying to move up in my career but struggling due to lack of mentorship//training (staff shortage, everyone is busy) I’m rarely taken on construction sites, and if I am It’s because I pushed for it. I’m a woman and often feel like people are rooting for me to fail or “man splaining.” I’m in the process of getting licensed - just having a hard time getting the actual experience I need to feel competent.

Any CAMS certified people out there? Tips? Tricks?

Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay. I have an opportunity outside of healthcare that would pay more and challenge me in new ways that I haven’t experienced before. It’s a total shift that would really heal my work-life balance, job satisfaction and budget. My only fear is that I would not be using the license and degree that I worked so hard for. So I have my bachelors in criminal justice and I just finished my paralegal certificate course today. My attorney should be making partner this year.
