Hi all, I’m a mechanical design engineer with 7 years experience in product design in the automotive and aerospace industry combined, and I have always had a interest / passion for architectural design. I’m curious to see if anyone has seen or heard of people making the jump from mechanical design engineering to architectural design. How difficult of a jump/transition would it be?

Say I work in tech and have a decent finance experience. Would my 3 yoe of domain "expertise" in tech make me an attractive bet for the banks Tech coverage team? In other words, does having experience in Tech make me more hireable for IBD?

Applying to roles within the same federal agency. I know you need one year within the probationary period, but can I apply to a higher GS level? For example, if I'm GS 9, receive a promotion to GS 11 at the end of probation, would i be able to apply to GS 13 roles if I'm qualified? Is it wrong that I’m just not into PE/VC? It seems to be the most desirable exit for most people that I work with. I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp
