I’ve been learning everything needed for a data analyst role – SQL, Excel, Python, Power BI/Tableau, and I’ve done a few personal projects too. But still, I’m not getting any interview calls or replies to my job applications.

Any tips or suggestions would really mean a lot. I’m feeling a bit stuck right now and not sure what’s missing.

Hello! I’ve an upcoming phone interview with Meta for Data engineering role: 45 min sql and coding and 45 min for ETL. I’ve been out of touch for python. Could someone please advise on how best to prepare ?!

I have an offer to join a startup as an APM. The only downside is that the engineering team is located offshore in India. I’m concerned about the resulting impact because of 1) the potential late night calls 2) the learning opportunities missed by not working with a US engineering team (communication tactics, translatable skills) 3) potential exit opps into FAANG pm roles due to not having experience with an onshore eng team. Would any one be able to speak to this from experience or share advice

I don't know if this is a recent change but I’m seeing postings for junior copywriter/community manager roles. Have these roles always been attached or posted at a junior level? Is this merged role worth considering as someone young in the industry with more traditional intern and freelance copy experience.

Got offered 115K with 25-30% bonus for a fund accountant role with 3 years of public experience. Is that normal? Seems like really high. I live in NY to clarify. Combination of Big 4 and midsize experience. What’s the normal salary range for ppl in that range?

I have 7 YOE and applied for a position that is L4. I feel as if I’m overqualified for the position, but the Recruiter told me that when they say L4, they are actually looking for someone with 6+ years of experience. Is this true? I feel like I should be looking at L5 with my experience
