Prices are on the lower side recently so you may be able to rent a 2/2 in Brickell with no issues.
No building in particular but I would recommend the Downtown > Riverfront > Brickell area. You’ll definitely find a good place

lol leave in the plaza for you can be two blocks for the Deloitte office
Icon Brickell is the best value out of all. Rent covers/includes gym (that’s better than equinox), gym classes (eg spin, etc), longest residential pool in the US, cable, water, etc (goes without saying), views of the water. You pretty much end up just paying for A/C which is 75-90 max.
Do you live there? Is it noisy? Like can you hear your neighbors next to you doing dishes and stuff?

That fresh & fit show is in there too
Not brickell
I live in the club at brickell bay and I’m trapped in the garage anytime it rains because the lowest level is below street level. The building has a moat form every time it rains. It is a huge pain. if you really want to live in brickell live north of the river. otherwise you’ll sit behind the drawbridges.
Best for that budget would be 1 bedrooms at SLS, Brickell Heights or Brickell House. They all have pretty good gyms, Spa, Rooftop Pool, etc. and the buildings are on the newer side (2015-2017).
The absolute best building IMO in Brickell is Flat Iron but it’s a bit more expensive
