Wanted some advice - got an offer from MediaCom for a Planning Manager role (base salary is $90K which is more than satisfactory) but their PTO is severely lacking especially compared to the unlimited PTO at my current job - they offered 10 actual PTO days, which are even prorated since it's mid-year (I travel quite a bit) Is their PTO allowance negotiable and if so, any advice for how to handle the email follow-up to the written offer/how much to ask for? What is the advice on what feedback to leave for a peer who really sucks at everything y'all have worked together on? What should I make my freelance rate for a copywriter that has Internship and college writing experience?

Can someone explain how billable hours work? At a new agency and although I had to fill timesheets at my previous agencies, they were mainly used to ensure we weren’t over servicing a client/for setting the appropriate retainer for contract renewals. I asked ppl at my agency but haven’t gotten a proper explanation. I get the impression that billing to the agency admin code isn’t recommended, and my manager said he bills everything to client codes, but that doesn’t make sense to me .
