hey fellas, I need to ask the LTM employees or hr's that, 2 weeks ago i got selected for a hr interview after 2 rounds, the interview also gone well, and the hr told me that i will be have an offer in next 7 days, but it has been 2 weeks, till now i didn't get communication whether i am selected or not, and i also put a mail to the hr and the mail id I received the interview link, but no response, is this usual time period of recruiting? even my friend said it will take 8 months, is it true?
