compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover

Anyone from Accenture HR here.. I have been stuck in weird situation and need help.. I have been referred for level 7 as per my current exp. and expertise. HR has told me in in their system it shows it as level 10 across hiring procedure. Now they are giving me offer for level 10 which is absolutely not suitable for me.. so I requested HR for re-leveling if possible and he agreed. Now dont have much updates. want to know is it happened ever? I m tired this is never ending..

Like practically I am asking my lifestyle was same when I was earning x and now at 4x life feels the same. Maybe because I am doing wfh. But what impact would more money bring in your life. I tried to renegotiate with one of a reputed firm after accepting the offer letter due to the CTC that they offered is 30% less than avg pay for the same role and experience and in return HR said that due to I discussed my CTC with my friends HR team can take compliance issue and they can revoke the given offer. Will they withdraw my offer letter due to this renegotiation and discussing CTC with friends. What will be the impact of this. I am really worried now
