I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. Have I been ghosted or is there still hope? Does anyone at Visa have insights? Looks like there are a ton of jobs posted so maybe they are just backed up?

Looking for any tips! I am CA qualified with 3 YOE in external audit and 1 in internal audit now. Don’t see in a future in IA so thinking of doing MBA and making a move out. I work in a sucky IBM cic, making $54k. It’s a full time job with regular benefits and vacation etc, it’s working with government clients. The job isn’t what I applied for & constantly changes. I don’t like that, but I’m a full time employee which is “stable employment”. Btw, I’m in the DC area.
