HR called me 2-3 days after my interview and told me you are selected and there will be client call in next week and we are preparing to schedule the same. But I don't why they are scheduling client call with me before me joining nagarro? Is this normal process? What if I get rejected in client interview? Nagarro

HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.
