I'm an SAP EWM consultant with about 8 years of experience, and I've got an offer from a product-based company with a 20% raise on my current salary.
My current salary is 35.5 LPA, and the offer is 42.6 LPA plus a 10% variable.

Do you think it's a good move to switch from an SAP EWM consultant role to a BA role? This BA role is still for SAP EWM, but it's more about design and decision-making rather than configuration.EY

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. Does EY follow bands for different ranks? I have seen so different salary for same ranks and people at higher rank are earning less than people at low rank.

Many ppl in this group come to defend gds policies like deducting insurance from employees which is not a standard practice. Wonder what are they defending after the peanut hikes! Hope they have understood the extent to which ey misinforms! “Ey has made record profit and we will handover record hikes inline with our profit”. In the end, 🥜
