As a Cybersecurity Analyst I make right under 80k in total compensation (62k Salary, 17k Bonus). I have two years of experience, an Associates in Networking and a Sec+ cert, does everyone feel like this is a fair compensation based off my credentials and experience?

I work for a late stage(ipo) start up, earlier this year we were acquired & since then they got rid of our yearly bonuses and gave us an ESOP grant.
2 RIFs later we are almost bare bones. Since we are coming up on our usual yearly evaluations many of us assumed (with multiple conversation from our managers) that pay raises and promotions were due.
In a recent All hands we found out that this year there will be no pay raises nor promotions based off merit. Is it time to jump ship?

Anyone have slow months where you burn through a lot of your allotted pro bono/professional development hours to keep hitting minimum daily hours? The past few weeks have been like this for me. Need advice. I have received many calls from the companies but none of them are even scheduling the interviews. They say my current CTC is out of their budget. I even said that I am ready to negotiate based on their company budget as my priority is relocation near to my hometown. How can I convince HRs to at least schedule the interview and the salary discussion can be done at a later stage. Some companies have already discussed the final salary but the interview is not yet scheduled.

I cleared the Partner round for a consultant position at Deloitte, as per my hiring manager and he told me to await HR's call.

However, am yet to hear from the HR since a week.

Is that normal or do I stand rejected / on hold ?

North Indian HR not selecting south Indian candidate into the company even if he on par with North Indian candidate. I see this attitude amongst most of the interview which I had attended.
This seems to be a gray area somewhere in their recruitment .

Why India is called third world ? It has so many corporate buildings, companies, malls , good roads, etc what else is needed. Even new york is nothing but a set of fancy buildings like gurugram.
