I want to steer my career towards Management. Most roles are demanding an MBA or a PMP certification. I cannot invest an entire year getting an MBA. Does a PMP certification gets you through what an MBA does? Can you steer your career towards management just through PMP?

I just graduated from a nontarget in Dec 2020 & am currently interning at PwC before I go back to do my Masters. My initial plan was to accept my full time offer and slowly work my way into IB.

Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay. I have an opportunity outside of healthcare that would pay more and challenge me in new ways that I haven’t experienced before. It’s a total shift that would really heal my work-life balance, job satisfaction and budget. My only fear is that I would not be using the license and degree that I worked so hard for. Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I had IVF process to get pregnant. During pre- embryo transfer we were told that girl embryo is being transferred. Currently I am 18 week pregnant.
