I don't know about the other companies, but it is definitely not a good idea to join Bosch. You'll most likely be working on some mediocre tasks that nobody in Germany wants to do. And most of the managers in Bosch India are useless, so you will not get any support or guidance from them.

Hey, whoever says don't join Bosch are actually working in Bosch with lesser pay. They can't digest someone who get nice package in Bosch in current situation.
Pros:
Work life balance
Always at least 100% to 160% variable pay to all employees in last 7 years. No other company had given like that

It is not good idea to join Bosch. I joined 2 years back and regretting it. No growth in terms of technology, work and specially salary. They will tell you got enough hike during joining so appraisal will be peanut which won't effect anything in salary.
Yes they will get more because that is the market standard. It is not worth to work for 2.5 years with 0 hike. With working for this much year the experience is also increased and salary and skills should too.
These days bosch are not good even you get good pckg .unrealistic expectations from the management i will suggest to go with some other one
