I am a QA engineer in an edutech company. I have an experience of 7.5 years (manual testing- database, front end, mobile and api testing).

I want to move to a BA role. I have good communication skills and an analytical mind. Below are 3 of my biggest questions.

1. Is it too late to switch to a BA role?
2. What are the skills,tools or certifications required?
3. How should I approach a job opening, given that I have no work experience as a BA.

To what extent to platforms facilitate union formation? To what extent do they discourage it? You'd think websites like glassdoor, linkedin, and this one would all be in an incredibly powerful position from the point of view of union organizing and the way they design the site could work for us or against us. So I'm asking two questions - how do we use the sites to build solidarity and organize unions but also can the sites better facilitate this process?

To put it bluntly, I know certain people with less experience and a lower performance rating are getting paid more than me due to my role working with payroll data. Need some suggestions. I gave interview on Tuesday, will it be right to ask feedback tomorrow or should I wait till the end of week and then ask for feedback on Monday Morning. Today, I didn't got any response from them.

I currently have my EAD based on my OPT with an addition 2 year renewal. I have also submitted a marriage based GC application in Nov 2021, did my biometrics currently waiting on my interview. I have an offer from a tech company and want to leave my current employer. I am worried if I tell my upcoming employer about being currently on OPT they will freak out and take back their offer even doh I can work and don’t need their sponsorship.
