Hey fishes, What's the ideal pay scale for business management analyst role in BIG 4.

I had a interview call scheduled with @EY but they called at the last moment and cancelled the interview saying that they can't match the expected CTC. And can only provide CTC 12lkhs.

My current CTC at HSBC is 14 lakhs for 3.9 yoe and i expected 17lkhs.
Is my expected CTC above average?

The company hasn’t had any new sales either. Start up CEO’s… be realistic or seek enough funding to operate.
