I am terribly underpaid in my current org at 5.5 LPA after a recent promotion and annual appraisal. Another mid size consulting firm offered me 7.5 LPA but I am asking them around 9 LPA.
Am I asking too much or shall I take the offer of 7.5 LPA

Hello Fishes, I have started my role of an Internal communications executive after 12 years of sabbatical, due to marital and parenting period.
