Do mid size companies do brand studies? What tools / methods are used (I'm guessing most won't do this given that it's not cheap)

I’ve joined toastmasters to work on my public speaking and communication skills in general + I practice interview questions before interviews. I have an offer accepted from Elevance 125k (Anthem) and w a good team and seems that WLB would be ok. Also, Amazon hiring manager wants to interview me for a job. Is just a hiring manager int. so obvi nothing guaranteed. Salary if offered will be more than 150k. My question is should I accept the interview and see where it goes? Is it really worth it to proceed with a company like Amazon for 25k+. I live in CA so $ is imp but I do have a toddler so WLB is also imp. Both role are Sr. MGR.

Worth sharing even though this sentiment is in many places. Your company will forget your commitment in 20 years. Your kids won't forget you not being there once they've gone off to college.

1. The average rate for freelancer - ₹700-1200 per hour

My company has given me a promotion without a raise. Any suggestions on how to deal with this?

Little background:

Asked for promotion in late 2020 - was required to skill up, after skilling up, asked again about when I'll be promoted and was denied because there is no "vacancy" for it.
Got my annual hike in Oct 2021 without the promotion. I asked HR last week again and got a random announcement email saying my promotion is w.e.f Oct 2021. ( and no raise for the newly promoted role).
