My company has given me a promotion without a raise. Any suggestions on how to deal with this?

Little background:

Asked for promotion in late 2020 - was required to skill up, after skilling up, asked again about when I'll be promoted and was denied because there is no "vacancy" for it.
Got my annual hike in Oct 2021 without the promotion. I asked HR last week again and got a random announcement email saying my promotion is w.e.f Oct 2021. ( and no raise for the newly promoted role).

Hi all! I picked up a part time job as “computer support” a few months ago and have since found myself doing a lot more than anticipated. I handle installation and maintenance of Burglar systems, access control, video surveillance, network systems, POS workstations, VoIP, and payment terminals. I took the job with no “formal” education in tech. My “trainer” at the company was a joke, I basically taught myself everything. What do you think would be a reasonable hourly pay for such a person?

Apologies if this is repetitive, but here for some inspiration stories… I prepped hard for the first (phone interview) McK 30-min evaluative case study (Digital Associate role) but failed it cause I couldn’t calm my nerves… is it realistic to hope that with more hard work, I can at least make it to the final rounds next time round? I see in spite of 1-year anniversary of the bowl, the numbers didn't increase much. I know there are many other forums (like whatsapp groups) with similar userbase/members which maybe inhibiting sign-ups and activities. But one key differentiator is that Fishbowl groups are anonymous.

In an increasingly hybrid/remote working culture, how do you educate and convince your business stakeholders to not do info overloads with emails? The risk of people not being aware is there but sending separate emails for every sub-program, webinar is annoying (as a receipent) I understand employee perspective.
