Hey folks,

Currently I am working with EY. My team is gud in terms of work but the salary is quite below the market avg. I hav an offer from O9 Solutions as Sr func consultant. Mainly for salary correction.
Wanted your views on if it's a good move to shift to O9 from EY?
Thanks for any word of advice in advance

43 days has passed in PDP with Timeline for me and there are still no projects avaliable on TMP based on my current skill set. I am upskilling my self as my Home manager asked me but this long period on PDP with Timeline is really making me nervous.

Anyone faced such an situation please suggest.

I’m currently working as Help Desk in the IT industry and I’ve been doing tech for about 15 years, but I am currently in school and close to graduating with my Associate’s in Psych. Eventually I want to pursue CyberPsych and mix my passion for IT and Psych. The thing is, I hear from many people that you need a Master’s in Psych to do anything in that field. Any A.A’s graduates that can vouch? 🥺

I’m hesitant to pursue a JD to end up writing regulatory submissions/510ks which I can already do without a law degree. Or, end up in other legal fields outside MedDev Regulatory/Compliance.

Hi y'all, I eventually want to get into a COO/Head of Operations type of role in the AI/ML space.

My background: I have about 4+ years operations (chemical engineering), 1 year in a DS type role, 2+ in digital strategy consulting (Big 4) and customer engagement (SaaS start up).

What would you recommend my next role entail to get into an Operations leadership position? I'm getting into more Customer Ops, but I've heard a role in Product Management might help as well.

All advice is welcome!

Many years ago, was fired from a contract job after I reported harassment I observed. I’m applying for a job in a sister company that I know managers speak. Should I be upfront about being fired since really I did nothing wrong, or just wait and see? The blemish on my resume is making me nervous to apply bc the application says, “have you ever been fired from a job?”

Another option - I could reach out to former supervisor who was super nice and ask his advice?
