I am working in UST global for NetApp client (earlier the project was good now it became crap, too much of micromanagement and issues) , recently I got call from one of HCL manager for direct conversion into HCL since they are also working for same client. No interviews , will be having HR discussion next week. They said it will be same project.

1. how much should I ask for? ( Cctc -14, YoE- 5.6)
2. Looking for Job security also as hearing lot of recession news.
