I interviewed with BNP Paribas (Chennai) for a DevOps Engineer role. I completed 2 technical rounds, 1 managerial round (June 27), followed by the HR discussion & client round on July 1.
I also submitted the pre-offer declaration form the same day.

No update since then. I tried calling the recruiter & also sent a follow-up email.

Getting pre-offer declaration form means candidate is selected or its a standard hiring process?

For 7 YOE with 7 LPA as CCTC, what CTC should I expect?

Conventional wisdom on current firm counter-offering when mentioning you have a few offers? I have an offer at a large firm in Miami. Current large firm has no office there but mentioned they can likely let me be there in a remote basis. BCG and a few other law blog sites have advised against accepting current firm counter-offers, e.g., likely to leave, not loyal, off partner track, etc., but would love to hear everyone’s thoughts.
