I just got an offer from Infoblox for a Data Engineer role and wanted to get some advice.

Fixed CTC: 28.5 LPA
Total CTC : 35 LPA
Joining bonus : 2 lakh

I current CTC is 28 LPA (25 L fixed).
I have total 5 yrs of experience and holding m tech degree.

Would love to hear your thoughts:
• Is this a good move financially and career-wise?
• Should I negotiate?
