I'm currently holding an offer letter from accenture for Packaged app development role for 4.5ctc (3.8 fixed). Does anyone know how much time it may take to get joining date after receiving the offer letter?
I received my offer letter on 25th april.
And also being a fresher which company should I choose as I'm also having an offer from Hexaware company for PGET role with 6lpa package.

What's the vibe of the FH NY team these days? I know a lot of big name accounts (att, Samsung, citi) but is the culture strong?

What was your bonus % this year?

My two year anniversary of starting my career (in general) is coming up in the next 3 weeks.

Aug 2020- 65k base salary
Jan 2022- 80k base salary
July/Aug 2022- 110k base salary

(p.s. I already know some of you have had higher increases in the same amount of time & I consider 6 months minimum is “within a reasonable time”)

Working Moms/Dads: Do in-house positions exist with flex time hours? I need to be able to leave work at 4pm to pick up my son from daycare, but i can get back online at home to resume any unfinished work at 8pm. Is this realistic to convey to any companies in an interview? Pandemic aside, is face time 9-7pm really important? Or should i just try to find a job with a salary that covers a nanny salary and accept that i will never see my son on weekdays (which would be sad for both of us)? TIA!
