Hey folks,
I’m currently on the bench and received my bench letter a while ago. According to the letter, my LWD (Last Working Day) would be 90 days from the date it was received, which comes out to 2nd July.

Just wanted to check with others who’ve been through this — does someone reach out regarding LWD formalities, or is there anything I need to proactively do as the date approaches? Appreciate any insights.

Hi fishes, I got offer Letter from Accenture. And recently I started getting project calls which Accenture is aiming to have us to be tagged to a project even before joining Accenture to avoid bench time. This is good but at same time I have a question what if am not getting selected in any projects before my joining date? Will they revoke offer or any actions they would take?

Joined LTI in June in Citi bank account. But still no onboarding. Many people waiting for VDI. Manager said it's freeze from Citi side process is slow. Now they have started releasing people. It's easy to get another project on bench. Will LTI ask to resign?

I joined IBM on last week of May 2022, was on bench till 20th November 2022 and got allocated to project on 21 November 2022.

I m into QA as functional test planner for more than two years and now i m mood to change my role to automation, but after certification in selenium and Tosca my lead was not able to provide me the project based on automation so they are rolling me off from the project. Telling u will get automation project on bench.
Now i m confused what had happened and what to do on bench.
Please help me out here cause I m finding it too difficult here to change the role.
