I have 4.8 YOE, developer.
I have very good offer from INNOVISK CAPITAL PARTNERS.
Its a small product based company. is it worth joining?
Innovisk- 24 lpa
Cognizant- 18 lpa.

I will hopefully get 20-21 lpa from some other service based MNCs, but during my recruitment process I have interacted with INNOVISK interviewers and I find the project interesting and I think I will learn and grow der. Risk is everywhere

I feel like Orrick has such a good rep but in here people seem to complain a lot. Anyone know anything about TCG or corporate?

If a partner asked you to do non-client related/may help later work, how long is too long to get back to them? Came to big law as a second year from a smaller firm (three years out). First year (who should be a second year) is emailing me trying to figure out where are things with a federal notice summary (I allowed them to help). Can I tell the first year to chill? I feel like if the partner needed it ASAP, they would have said so. I turned in the summary less than 72hrs later. Nbd/big deal?
