Need some help deciding between two offers – eClerx Services Ltd. and CitiusTech Healthcare Technologies . I have around 5 years of experience in .NET, and both are offering almost the same package and similar work.

If anyone has worked in either of these or has any insights, please share your experience. It would really help me make a decision.

Hi all. I’m filing for primary custody of my two children and am struggling with what type of time split to say I want in my proposal. I want to have the kids about 70-80% of the time. Does anyone have it where the father has two days/two nights during the week and alternating weekends? I’m feeling so conflicted, knowing they’re better off with me but still wanting them to have “enough” time with him. Does anyone have a good time split they can share? Thanks.

I’m a very experienced veterinary assistant who has been doing this job for about 4 years in total however because of my skill level I would say I am more of an unlicensed technician. Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
Earlier,before the call I had Bank of america in mind ahead of CTS for its work culture ,hike %, job security and other benefits. But here in TCS also I have very good role, job security and comfort.Please suggest!!
