Could someone please confirm what is the exact notice period in Zs for associates ? Is it 60 days or 56 days (8 weeks)?

What raise % can I expect S1-S2? And what bonus %? In Assurance at PwC.

I am currently a Senior Consultant in KPMG Australia’s human capital advisory function - however I have been recently offered a role with Accenture Australia’s human capital advisory function as an ‘Associate Manager’ with a 15K salary bump and an enticing bonus structure - with some very cool clients that they mentioned to me in their interview round. The issue is, my KPMG Partner has mentioned that I *may* be up for promotion nxt July. I am so stuck, not sure whether to take it or not.
