I have got 5% hike recently, I want to know about the appraisal cycle.
Will I be considered in current appraisal cycle.
Also, how much average hike anyone will get after appraisal.

Anyone opted for NPS Employer contribution, is it good for tax saving? Is there any maximum limit to it? Does employer really pay it or deduct it from our CTC only?

I feel like the benefits are great but I’d rather make more now. I am a previous LEO for 4 years who switched to paralegal so I have my leo retirement. Paralegals here make $28 with no benefits what is a good compromise

So, recently got put on a PIP after six months at my new job., two days after I told my boss and HR I recently learned I have a cognitive disability caused by an illness. The PIP was mostly because I forgot some deadlines, but also they said I need to be more professional in emails (even though others use zero punctuation and a lot of emojis. To clients.) and simultaneously ask more questions and ask fewer questions. Should I just assume this is unattainable and look for a new job again?

After I joining project found its typical L1/L2 support. Tickets like deleting bad data, assigning permission sets etc.

What should I do? I really don't like to work in such a role. How do I convey this now?
